River Stone’s Easton Roast Fundraiser

July’s fundraiser is paying homage to a close friend of the Gundog Grind Family. Every once in a while there is a special bond that happens between a dog and his owner which shapes the rest of each other’s lives. Easton is this month’s dog to remember and was just that for Josh Miller of River Stone Kennels in Wisconsin. Easton was a chocolate lab full of energy that not only held his own in the field, but Easton helped establish Josh’s foundational training of duck dogs as he made his way through high school and college. Fast forward to today and Josh is one of the best trainers in the country because of his relationship with Easton.

All of us who remember our first dog understand what they mean and how they taught us most of what we now know. Let’s all take some time one morning with a cup of Easton’s Roast and reminisce about that special dog we once had. As always, 25% of the profits of Easton’s Roast will go to a non-profit of Josh’s choice in the name of Easton.
